The current membership of the association is 137 members with a fleet size of 1000 vehicles handling passenger movement across Tamilnadu & neighbouring states like Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerela & Goa. The association has adopted HI-Tech buses, reclining seats, sleeper coaches & multi axle coaches to exceed passenger satisfaction.
Further TOBOA has a dedicated email facility which looks after complaints & grievances of passengers pertaining to day to day difficulties concerning connectivity, prices, comforts, services etc.
