Association Profile

Established in 2002, the Tamil Nadu Omni Bus Owners Association (TOBOA) is an organization aimed to protect the interests and welfare of the Omni bus owners. The objectives of our Association is to develop spirit of unity among transport operators, agents, owners, to liaise with the government in order to frame various policy matters, to maintain harmonious relationships with staff, driver fraternity and to carry out welfare activities that benefit transport community.

The current operators of the association is 260 operators with a fleet size of 3000 vehicles handling passenger movement across Tamilnadu & neighbouring states like Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala & Goa. The association has adopted HI-Tech buses, reclining seats, sleeper coaches & multi axle coaches to exceed passenger satisfaction.

Further TOBOA has a dedicated email facility which looks after complaints & grievances of passengers pertaining to day to day difficulties concerning connectivity, prices, comforts, services etc.
