Cancel and Return Policy of the TOBOA website

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of order within 24 hours from the order confirmation can be done. Payment will be refunded within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.
No cancellation after 24 hours of order confirmation.
No cancellation on products already shipped even if it is within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please check the order status using ‘Track your order’ to check whether your order is already shipped.
The Cancellation policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.


Return policy

Life-time exchange / Upgrade / Buy-back policy is applicable only for our products.
Life-time exchange / Upgrade / Buy-back products should be accompanied by the original purchase invoice and original product certificate.
For all buy-back transactions, statutory taxes at the applicable rates shall be collected from the buy-back value.
If the original purchase has been made against any promotional offers (Coupons, Discount, Promo Codes, Offers), the buy-back / exchange value will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the promotional offer value as applicable.
Life-time exchange / Upgrade / Buy-back policy is applicable only for orders shipped within India.
Customized item is not applicable for 15 days easy return or buy-back policy. Only life-time exchange / upgrade policy applies.
All items returned against 15 days easy return or life-time exchange or upgrade or buy-back policy, will be examined by our Quality Assurance Department. Only on acceptance by the department, the return will be accepted. Any physical damage, alteration will not be accepted. Such products will be returned to the customer with shipping charges debited to the customer.
In case of 15 days easy return policy, the money will be bank transferred online to the customer’s bank account within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the return by our quality department. If the payment has been made by credit / debit card, the refund will be processed by reversal of the transaction.
In case the exchange value is higher than the value of the returned product, the customer will have to pay the difference in value. In case the exchange value is lower than the value of the returned product, the difference will be held as customer credit for future purchase.
The acceptance of the returned product is at the sole discretion of the company.
The prevailing gold price, current product value will be determined by the company and is at the sole discretion of the company.
